Cades first Christmas 2016 - 12/25/2016

Cameron and Mackenzie were super excited for Christmas this year.  It was cute because they were excited for Cade and his first Christmas.

He had fun opening presents, but he also just like to chill in his saucer while we opened up presents.  It helped to keep him out of stuff!

Mackenzie's presents from Santa.  She got a doll with real human hair.  So she can wash it and curl it and style it and it won't go gross like other dolls hair does.

Cade already loves to play with balls and read books...

Santa brought Cameron an Xbox and Disney Infinity game.  He is big into Poke Mon so he got some of those trading cards too.

We got to test out the sleds Santa brought us too.  It snowed a lot this year so it was fun to go play in the snow on Christmas day!!

Christmas eve - 12/24/2016

We started off Christmas Eve day by going ice skating at the Olympic Oval.  Both Cameron and Mackenzie did great!  We had a lot of fun.  Even Cade...being pushed around in the stroller!

I love my parents tree.  It's so big and beautiful.  It reminds me of being a kid on Christmas!!

That night we partied with The Lybberts at Grammy and Grampy's house.  We played the funny present stealing game that the kids love.

We got home in time to leave Santa some yummy treats, chocolate milk and their Christmas lists.  And to all a good night....

Kenzie's Dance Recital - 12/19/2016

April weather

Out for a little stroll/ride around the neighborhood.  I love all the pretty flowers and trees this time of the year!!

Those clouds!!  That tree!!  So beautiful today.

Lost tooth

Cameron lost his tooth at school.  Luckily they have these cool tooth necklace holder things so he could bring it home and put it under his pillow for the tooth fairy.  I volunteer every week in his class.  His tooth was lose that morning and he thought he might lose it.  I was surprised when I came in and saw it gone!  My cute first grader!

Spring soccer 2016

Daddy coached Cameron's soccer team again....The Black Knights.

Mackenzie had fun playing outdoor soccer for her first time (she had one season of indoor before).  She had a lot of fun with this team and coach.   Mackenzie was so fast.  She scored lots of goals.

Easter 2016

Saturday the kids had fun at the annual neighborhood egg hunt.

The Easter Bunny brought lots of fun stuff for Cameron...

...and Mackenzie.  She thought it was especially funny that the Easter Bunny put her stuff in Cade's room.

 All ready for church.

Then off to Grammy and Grampy's house for a yummy dinner and egg hunt.

With so many places to hide eggs, it usually takes awhile to look for them all.  And every year without fail we find a few months and months after.

I think we got them all.  Now time to count up the money and separate the treats.

Lindsie got the "golden egg" this year.  We love family.  We love Jesus and the meaning of Easter.
