Grammy (Jeremy's mom) came all the way from Florida to see Cameron. She wanted to come out sooner, but Jeremy kept telling her to wait until he knew when he was going to India. So...Cameron was 3 months when she saw him for the first time.
Grammy came to church with us. After church Jeremy made dinner and Grammy J and Grampy came over to eat and visit. Since all the grandkids on my parents side call my mom Grammy that's what she is known as....well Jeremy's mom is also know as Grammy to her grandkids. So, I decided to call them Grammy T (Theresa) and Grammy J (Janet). Pretty clever ehh?
Grammy T flew in late (11:30 pm) Thursday night September 27th, so Cameron and Meg went to bed and Jeremy went to the airport by himself. The next morning after breakfast we went to Park City for lunch at Loco Lizzard and to shop 'til we dropped at the outlets.
We ate lunch at Loco Lizzard and sat outside on the patio, it was a beautiful day! After lunch we hit the outlets and Grammy got Cameron some way cute clothes.
After all the shopping we were worn out! Daddy and Cam fell asleep on the couch. Grammy T was so nice to babysit on Saturday night while Jeremy and I went on a DATE! WAHOO...we went to Carrabbas (my favorite restaurant!) and saw the movie "Up". We were both so tired we really didn't want to go to a movie, but we decided to take advantage of the time we had alone! We are sad Grammy had to leave, it was fun having her here! Thanks for coming Grammy and we hope you come back soon :)

How embarassing!
Apparently Cameron has hit the terrible twos! I thought that meant two years old, but Cam is an over achiever and likes to get a head start on things so he started at two months, I guess?! The last few weeks he has decided he HATES his car seat and is miserable riding in a car (which makes the car ride misrable for me too!) Going anywhere with him is a night mare...I used to want to get out of the house and go somewhere, do something, anything! After I recovered from my c-section I would go to McDonalds drive through to get a diet coke and considered that an outting...then I got brave and extended my adventures to the grocery store and felt like I was in heaven being able to get out and experience the world again. But after today I have decided it's not worth all the trouble of torturing Cameron or myself...now that he has discovered he has a set of lungs and must like to hear the sound of his screaming. We went to the grocery store today, but didn't make it out of the house until 3:00 because Cameron decided he was actually going to take a nap longer than 10 minutes (yippee...except my arm fell asleep holding him, but hey he got a two hour nap!) I thought I had timed it just right, he had eaten, taken a great nap and had a clean diaper...I thought for sure he would stay in his car seat grocery shopping this time! It was a nice thought. I had to carry him the whole time while pulling the cart behind me (just like every other shopping experience!) Oh-well at least he stopped crying...until the car ride home when he decided to out do his crying on the way there. I tried to put him in his baby bjorn when we got home so I could unload the groceries from the car and into the house, but that just made him mad. So...I decided to vent to Jer...I sent him a text that said "I am never, I repeat never going to go to the grocery store with Cam again...and will probabaly never take him out anywhere again" It was a little harsh and I was only half way serious :) Well, Jeremy texted back and told me that he was in a meeting doing a demo showing the CEO, owner & board members of his company the computer application he has developed for their product AND since the application is on his phone it was plugged into the computer that was projected onto the wall and my text was up for everyone to read!! Wow, if I could only take that back...I really am not a crazy wife or mother...I was just having a moment...a moment that was cured by a Diet Coke and chocolate :)

Out with the Old in with the New
Even though I am excited about MY new car, I am sad to know I will never see Bubba again! It was a traumatic day for me. I drove Bubba over to CarMax for the last time and Jeremy drove the new car. We (Jeremy) decided we would take what ever $ they offered us for the Jeep. Which was only $1,200....Bubba and I were very offended, but we accepted. I was pretty sad when I found out they had already driven the Jeep to the other lot, so I was unable to say "goodbye". Jeremy wasn't very compassionate or understanding on the drive home. He was wanting to celebrate and I was wanting to cry. I was very attached to Bubba, we had been together for 11 years!! Oh-well at least I didn't down grade to a mini van and I will always have my memories of Bubba and the good old days :)

10 weeks old
Cameron continues to amaze us every day. He is so strong and has the cutest personality. Cameron is so active and always moving his hands and tries to hold his bottle...well every now and then he actually holds his own bottle and feeds himself! Cameron loves to be outside, it calms him down when he is fussy. However, Cam hates to take naps...he refuses to fall asleep I guess he doesn't want to miss anything. He ends up taking 5 or 10 minute power naps and that gives him his second wind. He also hates riding in the car, he cries almost every time. Cameron is so much fun, I love watching him grow and change every day!
Blessing day
The day finally came, we blessed the little guy in my parent's ward. We waited until Jeremy's dad could come to town. So Cameron was 10 weeks old and we were worried that he might cry while everyone was holding him since he already has seperation anxiety from mommy. But he did great and kept quite the whole time daddy was blessing him. At least he didn't cry or throw up....until after the blessing, when Margo was feeding him. It got all over the pugh and Mallory (basically anything in a 1 mile radius will get soaked). Mallory wasn't sure if she should be mad at Cameron or what, so instead she wanted to "get away from Cameron because he spit on me" and sit on her dad's lap.
