I love camping, but we only go about once a year! I wish we got out more....I love the mountains and the beautiful wild flowers. The kids always have fun exploring.
Cozy in their sleeping bags. It was pretty cold and actually rained a lot one night...it was a pretty good storm.
The days were nice, and Kenzie won't miss a change to put on her swimming suit :) We went down to the lake to fish and swim.
Cameron and daddy fishing. They tried both days, but sadly didn't catch anything.
It's fun to throw rocks in the water and watch the ripple effect. Maybe that's what was scaring the fish away??

Chillin in the tent
We picked flowers on the last day before we left (oops I found out after that you weren't supposed to do that!) Anyway, they were beautiful. We had fun walking around on a hunt for different flowers. Cameron was going to give his to Grammy because she loves flowers so much. Mackenzie wanted to keep hers (I don't blame her). Cameron kept his a few days and then ended up taking them to Aunt Michele as a going away present. We went to Training Table for lunch before they moved to Arizona. He wanted to give her something, and he knows she loves flowers too! He is the most thoughtful kid!
