My morning started off with the annual 5k turkey trot with my friend Amanda. It was nice weather, not too cold. It was my first time running since having Mackenzie and I enjoyed every minute of it!!

I really have no pictures of Thanksgiving this year....it was a very different Thanksgiving for all of us! The smallest one we have ever had (well except when it was just Jeremy and I living in Charlotte). This year Michele's family went to San Diego and it was Margo's turn to be with her in-laws. So that left me, Jeremy, Cameron, Kenzie, Herb, Genive, and Grammy & Grampy at their house. I like Thanksgiving because it gives us time to reflect on all we are thankful for. I am extremely grateful for my family, for my children, for the gospel, friends, health and plenty more that I won't list, but do appreciate!

Cameron kept wanting me to take pictures of him...every time he goes by Mackenzie he says take a picture mommy.

I wanted to get a family picture, I even coordinated our clothes :) However, I never got one of all of us together!

Mackenzie eating her first Thanksgiving dinner. I am sure she thought it tasted like all of her other meals though.

Cameron and Grammy
Cameron is at such a fun age. He really gets excited about holidays and is so cute. He would go around and point out all the turkeys and pumpkin decorations at our house and Grammy's house. The funniest thing is he kept saying "after Thanksgiving it's Christmas time and Santa bring me a camera". After dinner and naps Jeremy helped bring in my parents' ginormous Christmas Tree and other boxes. Cameron was so interested in what was in all the boxes and helped Grammy set up the nativity set. He pointed to every piece and asked "who's that guy?" or "that's a sheep, it says baaahhh". After we left their house we headed down to have another round of dessert with Jeremy's dad and his wife....Paw Paw Garry and Maw Maw Robin. They were in town for Thanksgiving, but ate dinner at her sister's house. I love Thanksgiving feast, I am already sad it's over, but look forward to the yummy food and spending time with family next year!!
