Christmas Day 2017 - 12/25/2017

The kids were so excited to wake up and see Santa left lots of presents for them!  After the whirlwind of opening gifts they played for a little bit.  Then Grammy and Grampy came over for breakfast.  Of course I made the yummy Christmas wreath and we had eggs and bacon.

Grampy pulled cade around the house on his little sled he got.

Then we went to Margo and Rick's house to exchange presents and have dinner.  It was a great day!  We enjoyed spending time with family and talking about the true meaning of Christmas.  We are grateful for the birth of our Savior!

Christmas eve - 12/24/2017

The Christmas Eve dinner and party at Grammy and Grampys was on a Sunday this year!  We decided to just head there right after church and not waste time changing :)

They had fun playing the gift exchange game.  It didn't get as "heated" as it has in the past few years.  Cameron really knows how to "steal" to get what he wants.

I love this picture of Mallory, Mackenzie and Lindsie!!

Silly Cade, always making everyone laugh.  He is such a funny kid.

Grammy and Grampy by their beautiful tree!  I miss that tree...It's such a great memory of my childhood Christmas'.  We went home and got on our Christmas jammies, put out cookies for Santa and went to bed!!

Cousin Christmas party - 12/23/2017

12/23/17
We had another Cunningham cousin Christmas party (say that 10 times fast!)  Everyone brought a present and we played the gift exchange game.

Then they decorated and ate cookies...

And lastly we drove through the illuminary light display in South Jordan.  The kids love sticking their heads out the sunroof and the windows.

Santa's lap - 12/22/2017

During the day I took the kids to the outlets to see Santa.  They had it set up really cute there.  It was like walking in his little house.  Cade wasn't impressed at all.  He was fine until I put him on Santa's lap.  I am pretty sure this will be my favorite picture of all time!!

We wandered around and saw all the reindeer and decorations around.  They have the biggest tree ever!

Temple Square lights - 12/20/2017

It's always a must to visit Temple Square at Christmastime to see the beautiful lights and reflect on our Savior's birth.  It was cold, but we bundled up and braved the cold.  The kids love to go in the visitors center and see the Christas and learn more about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Mad love for Billy - 11/29/2017

 Best night ever!!

 Be still my heart...

I could listen to him sing all day long.  He is an amazing entertainer and musician.  I have seen him in concert 6 times now and it will never get old.  I have all his songs memorized and had so much fun singing with the crowd!

Thanksgiving 2017 - 11/23/2017

Thanksgiving morning started off with a new tradition.  Cameron and I ran the Thankful 13 race.  I ran the half marathon and Cameron killed the 5K.  He got 2nd place in his age group!  This was one of his first times to win a medal...I think he realized what he can do now!  He has some serious speed and is a great runner!

Kenzie, Daddy, and Cade waited to cheer us on.

Mommy and Cameron after the race.

I rushed home to shower and make my green bean casserole and then we went to our feast at Grammy and Grampy's house.

It was a small gathering, but we are thankful for the family we have close by.  It was fun to have Janessa drive up from Idaho to join us.  I am blessed to live close to my parents so my kids can be by at least one set of grandparents!

Silly Kenzie loves olives.  She can eat a whole can by herself!

Thanksgiving for Kindergarten - 11/21/2017

Cade and I went to help out at Mackenzie's Thanksgiving feast for her Kindergarten class today.  It was so cute how the tables were all set up.  They had decorated their own placemats.   They had made cute feather headbands and pilgrim hats to wear.

Cade had fun eating some of Kenzies food.   She is so cute with him.  She is always excited when he comes so she can show him off to her friends.

Braces for Cameron - 11/14/2017

Got Cameron out of school early to go to the Orthodontist. Phase one for Cameron has officially started!!  Includes an expander to widen the top of his mouth/jaw so more teeth can fit in his tiny mouth.  And braces on a few of his top teeth.

I felt bad for him the next day at school knowing he wouldn't be able to chew anything for lunch.  So we met him with jamba juice!

Sleepy - 11/07/2017

Cade is the cutest kid.  I love to watch him sleep.  The funniest thing is he cant sleep without his bear.  Not only can he not sleep without it, he can't not sleep without sucking on the bear's arm.  He sticks that thing in his mouth and sleeps all night like that.  I was so worried about his not being able to breath I would check on him all the time.  That bear has to get washed a lot!  It smells so bad and is always wet :)  He never used a binki or sucked his thumb so this was a little weird that he has to suck on his bear.  Oh well, whatever works right?!

Halloween 2017 - 10/31/2017

Halloween started off going to the school to see the kids' costume parade.  Cameron's was in the morning, outside around the school.  I only got a video of his and no pictures!  He was Darthvader.  After the parade I helped in his classroom with the party.  Cade dressed up as a monkey and came with me to "help".

Makenzie is in afternoon kindergarten so her parade was later that day.  They got to walk around inside the school and the kids came out of their classrooms to look.  Cade and I stayed to help at Mackenzie's class party.  She loved having us there to help and party with her!

That night we all went trick or treating!  Dad and mom took turns taking the kids around the neighborhood while the other one stayed back and handed out candy.  Lot's of fun was had by all.

Race Day! - 10/30/2017

One of my favorite traditions I started was running races with Cameron.  I am so excited Kenzie wanted to run too!  Cameron and I did the Hunted Half 5K in Provo this year.

 Storm Tropers!!

After the 5K Mackenzie and I ran the kids race.  She was proud of herself and had fun!
Cameron was there cheering us on (I don't remember why he changed out of his Storm Trooper costume?)

They always have fun pictures and activities to do after.  One of their favorites is to get their faces painted!

Field Trippin - 10/26/2017

I got to chaperone Mackenzie's Kindergarten field trip to Petersen's Farm.  It was fun to ride on the bus with her and her friends.  We got to go on a hay ride pulled behind a tractor.  We played on all the fun slides and each kid got to pick out a small pumpkin to take home.

Daddy's boy - 10/22/2017

This boy loves his daddy!  Cameron and Mackenzie were mommy's kids and Cade is a daddy's boy.  He loves to be around daddy and usually wants daddy to hold him!
