I believe in miracles!
The last 6 weeks my day has consisted of feeding Cameron, holding him, changing his diaper and holding him...oh and did I mention holding him?? Good thing he is so dang cute or I would have a problem with this daily routine :) However, my life is starting to feel like the movie "Groundhogs day"! I would like to be able to fix and eat lunch without holding him, do my hair and makeup without holding him or just be able to lay him down and give my back a rest. Ever since we've had to hold him for a half hour after he eats he has gotten in the habit of falling asleep in our arms...so when you lay him down he wakes right up.

Christmas in July
Grammy and Grampy had this wrapped and under the Christmas tree for Cameron...however, he was only 4 months old in my tummy. Jeremy decided to put it together tonight to see if he would like it. Cameron seems to get bored easily so we thought he would enjoy something new. He had fun listening to the music and looking at all the toys. I am sure he will like it when he gets a little bigger and can reach the hanging toys and move a little more.

4th of July
The 4th of July can be described by the 5 F's....Food, Fun, Family, Friends and Fireworks! This is my mom's favorite holiday. We have had a tradition of family get togethers on this holiday for as far back as I can remember. Back in the good ol' days we celebrated with aunts, uncles, grandparents and cousins. It started off with breakfast at my parents then a full day filled with volleyball and swimming, lunch, more swimming, games and then a BBQ dinner and fireworks. As time has gone on our celebrations have dwindled to just our immediate family. We still do a big breakfast at my parents and hang out to play games and after dinner we do fireworks.
We had so much fun playing croquet. Grampy made us all laugh by changing the rules as we went along (ie, if your ball "kissed" another ball you got to go again). When we asked him to see the instructions, he suddenly didn't know where they went :) Well, it worked pretty good for grampy because he won.

Rainbows
There was a big storm the other day (it has rained almost every day in June) and after the rain storm there were the prettiest rainbows I have ever seen. If you look close you can see two rainbows...I've never seen a double rainbow. The one on top was a regular light rainbow and the one under it was the brightest most colorful one I have ever seen! Definitely a kodak moment.

Twins - 07/04/2009
We have always thought Cameron looks like Spencer and tease them that they are separated twins. I can't get over how much they look alike in these pictures...and it's even weirder that Cade looks so much like Cameron. This picture looks like Cameron holding Cade, but really it's Spencer holding Cameron :)
Grammy, Spencer, Cameron, and Grampy 4th of July 2009
This picture of my friend's daughter holding Cameron, looks exactly like Cade! Especially because Cade is wearing all Cameron's clothes. It's a little freaky :)

Mr. GQ
Cameron had his first photo shoot when he was 7 days old. My sister has two friends that started a photography business called Priceless Impressions and they specialize in newborn pictures. They gave me a sweet deal since they are friends with my sister and just starting their business. The best part about it is they came to my house. They wanted to take his pictues when he was only 7 days old because they say that's the best age...they stay in the fetal position and sleep the whole time!
Yeah right, not Cameron. He didn't want to miss out on anything, he was awake pretty much the whole time. They couldn't believe how strong his neck was for only being 7 days old. They said they have never seen a baby be able to hold his head up and move it around with such good control. They would place his head on his arms and every time they would go to take the picture he would lift his head up.
This picture is my favorite, but mostly because he peed on Jeremy's arm twice during this shot!
Aren't those the cutest toes and tiny feet you've ever seen?!?
Another favorite picture....on top of the quilt my mom made him...on top of my table...so cute!
