The FUN run

 Mackenzie and I volunteered at Cameron's school Fun Run fundraiser.  Last year when Cameron was in Kindergarten he ran 55 laps or something like that...let's see what he does this year!

 And they are off!

 Mackenzie thought it was so fun to help give the kids water!  She had fun cheering Cameron on every time he ran past us.

 So the total he ran this year was 52 I think.  He kept going a few after they said time was up.   He loves to run! Anyway, he had fun and raised some money for his school. 

I picked up carpool after school was over and figured they all deserved a reward for their running!  We stopped and got pizza and bread sticks and had a little picnic party!!

October fun with Grammy T & Grandpa Mike

 We are always excited when we get a visit from Grammy T and Grandpa Mike!!    I still can't believe Grammy T was ok to leave warm Florida and come to Utah in October!!  However, it was a beautiful and sunny day when we went to the pumpkin patch.

They stopped on the hayride to tell us about the corn they grew and how it was a different kind of corn just for animals....we learned something new!

Another fun activity we did when they were here was going to Corn Belly's and riding rides, playing games!

Gardner Village in October is always so fun.  We looked for all the hidden witches.  I am always a sucker when my kids ask for face paint.  I'm not sure why because it really is a waste of money, but they look cute and it makes them happy :)  I feel like I got ripped off on Cameron's though....not sure what she thought he meant when he said he wanted to be a tiger?  LOL

Birthday dinner at Benihana - 05/27/2016

 Cameron's favorited place!  He loves to celebrate his birthday at Benihana!  Daddy and Mommy celebrate our birthdays too...since May is our birthday month :)

Mackenzie loves shrimp.  She eats Daddy's since he is allergic to shrimp.  I don't like shrimp but I love to catch it in my mouth when they throw it in the air.  Sadly, we found out this time that they stopped doing that!  Lame!  That's the best part of the show.

Family birthday party - 05/26/2016

 present time, is the best time!

 Grammy and Grampy gave Cameron money and a BYU hat that he wanted so bad.  

 We gave him these cute crochet Star Wars characters.  I ordered them from my friend who made them.  He said it was his favorite present (his bike came a close second!)

I love this picture of him holding the things, because on the TV we were watching pictures and videos of Cameron when he was little.  And the picture of him vacuuming when he was 2 is so cute!

 He couldn't wait to get outside and ride it.  Janessa couldn't wait to get outside and have Jeremy take her for a ride on his Harley.  She had never been on a motorcycle before, so she wasn't sure what to expect.

Happy Birthday to this Smart, funny, determined, energetic, thoughtful, kind, analytical, math brained, board/card game playing, soccer loving, artistic, creative, rule following, active, non-stop, wii playing, lego building, bike riding, singing, loving kid!!

Cameron's first grade program - 05/14/2016

 We enjoyed listening to the first grade sing, and sing, and sing, and sing!!  They learned lots of songs over the year and sang them ALL to us :)  Cameron was excited because he LOVES to sing.  He knew every word and action to all the songs.  

 The auditorium was packed, but luckily we were able to sneak a chair up to the front and make our own spot.  It was just the two of us (3 if you count Cade, ha ha).  Mackenzie had a hard time sitting on my lap, so she sat on the floor in the isle right by me.

These two really do love each other.  They are so supportive of the other one and it's so cute to watch them.  She told Cameron "good job. you sang so good."
